This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious health charity in West London as Head of Marketing and Communications. In this role you will work closely with the CEO and other members of the Senior Management Team, and lead the strategic direction and delivery of all aspects of marketing, communications and stakeholder management activity.
In this broad role, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team with responsibility for maximising opportunities to promote the work of the charity, upholding the brand, and evolving partnerships with partner bodies and other organisations, You will also represent the charity in public as a key spokesperson. You will be skilled in the creation and delivery of campaigns, and be confident evaluating the impact of communications and marketing activities. As the organisation is undergoing rapid growth, you will need to be comfortable working through change.
In order to be considered for this exciting role, you will be able to demonstrate significant experience of managing a team with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding challenging targets. You will need a collaborative working style, be an excellent communicator, be able to work well under pressure and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
