We are very proud to be working with an inspirational charity based in beautiful Hampshire . This charity provides help and assistance to other charities and without the work that they do many charities would be left to face a number of challenges alone. They make sure charities have a fighting chance by offering free business support and last year alone they assisted several hundred organisations. As the need for this charity is ever growing the CEO is now aiming to build on the charitys success and is looking to strengthen the services that they provide. They are looking for a Head of Major Donor and Corporate Fundraising to allow them to increase their resources so more charities can access the much-needed support and advice they provide.
You will be a key part of the senior management team and will be the lead for income generation activity for the Charity You will be tasked with creating new income streams which will allow the charity to continue to grow. You will have remarkable relationship building skills that will turn prospects into income. With the ground work already in place this role could open new challenges and opportunities for you. As fundraising lead, you will explore the different routes that the charity can take whilst also ensuring that you continue develop your team into future fundraising leaders.
You, the Head of Major Donor and Corporate Fundraising will have the confidence and finesse to approach high net worth individuals and will have a track record in making the ask. Along with your contacts and the current supporters of the organisation you will be able to develop a strong and long-lasting pipeline for the organisation. Your fundraising talent wont stop there as you will be able to create unique opportunities for the charity with corporate partners by highlighting key and potentially mutually beneficial ventures.

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000
