Job Description

An award winning, innovative social media agency who believe in building brilliant futures for our children are recruiting for a Head of Inspirational Learning following an exciting rebrand in order to work with key stakeholders and clients to deliver effective learning strategies and support with internal training to grow and develop education knowledge and learning.

As a member of the Senior Learning Team and reporting directly to the MD you will manage 3 brilliant Learning Managers to create inspirational learning programmes in partnership with brands and teachers.

As someone who helps brands and organisations realise their marketing, social and skills ambitions through engaging with young people, schools, community groups and families you will be able to combine your educational expertise with an existing commercial interest.

Working with some of the leading organisations in the corporate and charity worlds you will have to be a highly creative individual with strong understanding of digital learning and how this can be used to engage learners and appeal to different learning behaviours.

If you consider yourself an expert in formal and informal learning this will be a fantastic opportunity to be part of an organisation who share a deep understanding of how young people learn and the roles and links between teachers, parents and schools.

As someone with hands on classroom experience particularly around the primary and secondary school levels as well as experience in a commerical context, you will use your experiences of delivering a variety of learning techniques to provide excellent knowledge of the education landscapes, trends and priorities in order to work towards a valued, trusted and long term commercial partnership with clients whilst delivering social, brand and skills impacts.

If you would like the opportunity to be part of this pioneering company and the work they do including creating hundreds of successful programmes involving almost every school in the UK and millions of young people, then contact the TPP Education and Training Team quoting reference number J57754SJ with your CV to apply.

We value diversity at TPP and welcome applications from all sections of the community.
