An award-winning creative social marketing agency with roots in education, seeks a highly creative individual to lead the agency’s approach to creating, developing and delivering inspirational learning programmes (physical and digital resources, events and more) that meet client’s objectives while benefitting young people.
As a member of the Senior Management Team and reporting directly to the MD you will manage 3 brilliant Learning Managers to create inspirational learning programmes in partnership with brands and teachers.
The Head of Inspirational Learning will work with key teams across the agency including research, strategy, account handling and creative to create uniquely inspirational programmes that meet their clients’ briefs. You will also be responsible for developing education knowledge and learning across the wider agency. As someone who helps brands and organisations realise their marketing, social and skills ambitions through engaging with young people, schools, community groups and families you will be able to combine your educational expertise with an existing commercial interest.
Working with some of the leading organisations in the corporate and charity worlds you will have to be a highly creative individual with strong understanding of creating learning programmes and reources (both physical and digital) and how this can be used to engage learners and appeal to different learning behaviours.

You will have proven experience of creating inspirational learning programmes and resources. A strategic thinker who can demonstrate the ability to identify insights and opportunities, turn them into strategies, then lead the development of creative ideas that inspire the target audience while meeting both the education/learning opportunity and the client brief.
