Are you looking for a new challenge where you can utilise your experience of Major Donor fundraising to head up an organisation’s Individual Giving function?
TPP Fundraising is working with an international youth education charity to recruit a Head of Individual Giving (Mid and Major Donor relationships) into this unique role that focusses on both the mid level marketing and major donor income streams for the charity.
Their entire IG function brings in £1m+ - split as £450k HNWI; £400k middle level (about 1000 people who give one-off amounts of up to £6000); £150k legacy.
The programme is relatively new, so they've had this success pretty quickly and there's lots more to achieve in the next year. The 9 months would see you tweaking the strategy, writing comms plans for the donors, meeting and continuing relationships (and approaching new contacts), and working with a new fundraising committee.
We are looking for someone with significant major donor fundraising experience who can continue to build strong relationships with key future supporters of the charity.
