A well-established charity based in London are seeking an Experienced Head of Human Resources and Organisational Development to lead their team.

Main duties for the Head of HR & OD:
Lead and develop a small team of two
Work with leadership team to utilize appropriate tools and mechanisms
Implement and lead continuous development of an inclusive people strategy
Develop and monitor a set of performance indicators
Provide specialist advice around HR matters to senior management
Develop and maintain a framework of employment policies and practices
Provide reports and analysis for leadership team
Handle sensitive and complex employment relations issues
Develop and oversee a BP function which partners managers
Overall responsibility for the HR function

Essential criteria for the Head of HR & OD:
Extensive senior HR/ OD experience
Proven track record in developing and delivering a people strategy
Successful track record of using OD interventions to support organisational change
CIPD qualified
Up to date knowledge of UK & international employment law and modern HR practices
Previous line management or supervisory experience
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Passionate about HR & OD and achieving organisational goals
Ability to travel on an ad hoc basis
