Charity - Interim Head of Fundraising - 3-6 months (can apply for the perm role) - Based Peterborough - c£40,000 (flexibility for the right person) - Reference J52079EDR

This National Charity is looking for an interim Head of Fundraising while they recruit for the permanent position. The Head of Fundraising will support the delivery of its national services through the strategic management and business development of their fundraising programmes and communications. The Head of Fundraising will look at the current trading arm of the charity as well as having experience of multiple income streams including In Mem, Community, Grants, HNWI, Corporate and Individual Giving. The Head of Fundraising will manage a team of 4 direct reports (11 in total in the Fundraising & Communications team) and a target of c£2.5m.

This is such an exciting opportunity either as an interim or an interim with the view to apply for the perm role. You will need:

-Experience of working at SMT level within Fundraising
-Comprehensive strategic fundraising experience of multiple income streams
-Project management experience and the ability to manage and adapt clear strategy and planning
-Experience in managing, leading and motivating a fundraising and communications team
-Experience of growing support (database)
