We are working with a well-respected and ambitious £16million turnover charity who are looking for their Head of Finance.
This is a number one role where you will be working jointly with the 2 joint CEOs', ensuring that the organisation is well run, agile and focused on results. You will be operating at a strategic level and the role manages the Finance function liaising with staff and the Board of Trustees.
As the Head of Finance you will be contribute to the change and be responsible to drive and take the organisation forward, ensuring that the charity is well run and focused on results.
You will be a qualified accountant with strong leadership skills with very strong commercial and non-for-profit organisations. Candidate applying for this role must have the ability to influence and advise the senior leadership and the board as well as to represent the organisation both internally and externally. You will manage a team of five and will be able to make sure the puzzle fits well in order to make it a dream team. You will also have excellent finance and systems knowledge, ideally coupled with commercial nous to help grow the commercial elements.
