Are you passionate about music and have always wanted to work for a leading arts organisation? We are working with this amazing organisation to recruit for a Head of Development, this is a small development office and you will be responsible for driving income across major donors, corporates and trusts and foundations.
You will be leading on managing relationships with donors, ensuring they have the best level of stewardship. You will also be working with prospects, promoting the organisation and securing funding from new sources. This role is a key one and you will be managing senior internal stakeholders.
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
- Significant proven experience in a wide range of fundraising disciplines
- Experience of devising and implementing successful fundraising strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and encourage this in others
