Our client, a leading mental health organisation have an urgent need for a strategic individual, ideally with knowledge of the health or social care sector and with a proven track record in leading significant business change activity.
 
This short term role is specifically to pull together a strategic project plan across multiple Operations projects and change activity to provide a holistic view of all change and provide strategic steer to priorities and to lead on the development of a key workforce redesign

In this role you will work with the director of operations and the operations business manager to help deliver the Operations Strategy Change programme level plan and time line of all Operations Directorate projects and planned change activity, Produce a business case for Phase 2 of an Operations Management team restructure, Work with the appointed Operations Director – Strategic Change to support the development of the Business Change Team, with regard to processes and requirements.

You will have had Substantial evidence of working at senior level to lead and manage multiple successful business change activity and projects along with A track record in showing creativity and initiative and winning commitment from others, including Senior Leadership Team and senior managers in other departments. an understanding of A track record in showing creativity and initiative and winning commitment from others, including Senior Leadership Team and senior managers in other departments.
