A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within a leading Autism charity to recruit for a Head of Accreditation. This is a permanent position based in Central London with the opportunity for home working, paying £54,000-£65,000 plus benefits package.
The role requires a skilled, motivated and experienced professional to provide leadership and develop a strategy for further growth of this successful service. Accreditation aims to improve the lives of people on the autism spectrum by providing an autism-specific quality assurance programme for hundreds of organisations throughout the UK and across the world.
The role will be responsible for managing the whole accreditation business function including:
Developing a strategy for Accreditation, which delivers growth in terms of finance, membership, reputation and quality through sound business planning.
Identifying opportunities and develop and deliver plans to enter new marketplaces with new products where appropriate.
Leading, motivating and supporting the Accreditation staff ensuring that the staffing and structure are appropriate to meet the needs of the market and that that service levels and financial targets are met.
Leading on business development and customer relationship management
To be successful for the Head of Accreditation role you will have the following skills and experience:
An entrepreneurial, innovative approach to business development.
Experience of quality standards and frameworks, including how such frameworks can improve outcomes for individuals.
The ability to use business and strategic planning tools to formulate business plans and strategies and plan marketing and promotional activity.
Experience of leading and growing a successful business, an understanding of customer needs and commercial acumen.
Excellent leadership skills and an understanding of the autism environment.
