I am working alongside a well-known charity which is made up a vibrate and collaborative working culture and they are now looking to recruit an Interim Group Communications Manager to cover maternity leave for a period of 12 months.
As a key member of the team, you will report into the Director of Engagement to oversee the media function, supporting the entire organisation and manage the deliver of their communications plans and materials.
Working closely with the engagement team, you will also collaborate with different areas of the organisation such as the marketing team to ensure that communications accurately reflect marketing priorities. As you settle in to the role, you can also expect to work closely with Directors as well as the Chief Executive to establish the organisational messages and play a crucial role in creating and delivering a programme of communications to engage with external stakeholders.
Your audience will also include Directors as well as the Chief Executive to help establish the organisational messages and play a crucial role in creating and delivering a programme of communications to engage with external stakeholders, therefore this going to be ideal for those of you with excellent communication skills both written and orally.
If you are coming at this from a marketing and PR point of view, you will also have a solid understanding of communications principles which cover both angles.
