Do you have experience in Grants, Trust and Major Donor Fundraising? Then this could be the role for you?
We are excited to be working with a unique Health Charity within Wales to help them find a Grants, Trust and Major Donor Fundraising Manager. They are looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual to develop and implement clear and effective plans for maximising income from grant-making organisations and trusts, and to develop a new Major Donor programme. They are looking for someone who is highly skilled in writing compelling and engaging copy, with experience of drafting well written, successful and persuasive funding bids. You will have strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills in order to be able to deal with donors and negotiate gifts at a high level. This Health Charity touches hearts of 1000s of families across Wales as they provide many families with comfort, care and support when they need it most. It is a truly inspiring charity to be part of.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the following abilities;
*Demonstrable experience of achieving fundraising/sales targets and KPIs
*Proven track record of identifying and securing new support
*High degree of initiative and ability to prioritise in order to achieve goals
*Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
*Excellent organisational/ project management skills
*Exceptional interpersonal skills
*Excellent standard of written and verbal communication skills
