A well-established NFP organisation are seeking an experienced Grants Manager to join their team, the successful candidate will manage a team of two members of staff.
Main duties for the Grants Manager:
To support the grants committee
To support all grant applications
To ensure all applications are informed with decisions and updates
To calculate grant budget allocations
To promote efficient operations of the grant applications
To line manage 2 Grant Officers
Regularly assess grant processes
Essential criteria for the Grants Manager:
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Previous experience of managing and developing staff
Grant management or monitoring and evaluation experience
Ability to create budgets
Good influencing and negotiating skills
