GP Receptionist/ Administrator

Location - NW London area

Salary - £8 - 9.50phr (depending on experience)

Start date - 14th September 2015

Shifts - Part Time (27hrs per week)


TPP's clients are  London based GP surgeries, each seeking experienced GP receptionists based in North West London area to assist in providing excellent service to the patients.

The main duties of the GP receptionist will include:

- Using EMIS WEB system for booking and cancelling patient appointments

- Scanning of patient documents using DOCMAN

- Filing of medical records

- Issuing and printing prescriptions

- Answering the telephones

- Other duties as required by the Practice/ Reception Manager


The successful candidate must meet the following criteira:

- Recent experience working within a GP practice as a Receptionist or Administrator

- Knowledge of the EMIS WEB appointments system

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
