A well-established membership organisation is seeking an experienced Governance Manager to join their team.

Main duties for the Governance Manager:
Advise on constitutional/ governance matters relating to the board, council, regions, branches and committees
Manage all meeting and agendas for the board
Manage the governance for all membership admission rules and related issues
Act as company secretary for the organisation
Manage and keep up to date with all internal governance framework

Essential criteria for the Governance Manager:
Work closely with senior management team
Responsible to the board
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous governance experience
Ability to work within tight deadlines
Language skills would be desirable, French, Spanish, German or Italian
