I am currently working on behalf of a client of mine who are one of the world's leading international development organisations, who have deservedly achieved recognition through their work in providing educational & social opportunities to communities in developing territories as well as combating poverty.
With a caring and compassionate ethos, this translates down into their working culture, which also incorporates strong values such as team work and progression. They are now looking for a new Global Onboarding, Induction and Resettlement Manager to cover maternity leave for a fixed-term period of 13 months.
Main duties for the Global Onboarding, Induction and Resettlement Manager:
Establishment of effective onboarding, induction and resettlement.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan, design and action strategy to meet organisation needs.
Lead the development of onboarding, induction and resettlement methodology.
Provide global oversight and improve customer service.
Manage delivery of all resettlement events.
Essential criteria for the Global Onboarding, Induction and Resettlement Manager:
Large team line management experience in a similar role.
Extensive experience in managing volunteer delivery processes.
Proven ability to implement efficient processes.
High volume delivery experience (ie over 2000 volunteers/year)
Ideally understanding of best practice in a global context.
Strong stakeholder engagement ability.
