We are working with an incredible charity that provides vital care and emotional support to people and their families living with terminal illness. They would like to recruit a dedicated Fundraising Volunteer Development Manager to join their amazing team in the Yorkshire & North East of England. The role has some flexibility and can be either office based (in either Bradford, York or Newcastle) or homebased.
As Fundraising Volunteer Development Manager, you will work alongside the community teams to develop their understanding of how volunteers can support the delivery of fundraising activities. In conjunction with the Senior Management Team you will deliver fundraising volunteer plans that feed into the delivery of the overall Regional Fundraising budget, identifying recruitment strategies and apply a planned approach to enable income growth.
You will use your communication skills to build strong relationships with the regional teams in order to help them to further develop their volunteer recruitment and management skills, thus increasing the charity’s network of fundraising groups and volunteers.
Location: Flexible (Bradford, York, Newcastle or Homebased)
