An international children's charity are recruiting for a training specialist for their face to face fundraising team on a 12month fixed term contract that could become a permanent position.
Based in Westminster you will coach, develop and motivate the growing fundraising team to create and maintain a performing culture.
You will work in close liason with Regional Managers and Team Leaders to analyse and identify training requirements and design new programmes to maximise the team's potential and impact, producing fresh and inspiring material and reports on a regular basis.
You will also be responsible for working alongside the Brand and Editorial Team to create tools such as new starter inductions and training presentations (including a Train the Trainer handbook) which will assist fundraisers and external agencies to align with the organisation's visions and campaigns.
Key criteria to apply for this role include:
A successful trainer with demonstrable experience in planning, delivering and developing training modules and programs.
A proven high performer you will know what and how to drive sales and results.
Previous experience in a Sales/Fundraising Environmen
A degree or equivalent level of knowledge and experience
Previous experience in delivery training packages.
Proven experience of identifying and planning training needs
Experience in Training Trainers desired
Excellent presentation skills and confidence to work in group settings
