A well health charity based in central London currently have a very interesting strategic opportunity available for a Fundraising Quality and Compliance Manager. To join their team for a 12 month contract, the successful candidate will have a good understanding of fundraising processes.
Main duties for the Fundraising Quality and Compliance Manager:
Delivery of quality and compliance activities for the purpose of measuring current processes.
Implementation of process and system improvements.
Pro-actively identifying improvements to provide better supporter care.
Troubleshoot any issues within processes.
Develop efficient strategy and optimum service delivery.
Essential criteria for the Fundraising Quality and Compliance Manager:
Solid background experience from within a fundraising department.
Multiple projects management.
Experience of working with third party suppliers.
Proven ability in implementing streamlining processes in a similar environment.
Good knowledge of Gift Aid and Data Protection legislation.
Excellent stakeholder engagement ability complimented by strong negotiation skills.
