A large national charity are seeking a Fundraising Operations Officer to join their team, the successful candidate will support fundraising teams with research, project work, products and services.

Main duties for the Fundraising Operations Officer:
To produce information on projects, products, services and all fundraising activities
Work across teams providing information and messaging to both income and non income generating teams
To support and develop innovation ideas and present to managers/ senior managers
To support with administrative tasks

Essential criteria for the Fundraising Operations Officer:
Knowledge or experience of packaging services
Knowledge of fundraising or sales
Knowledge of using organisational strategy to inform your work
Ability to work within a large complex organisation
Ability to develop and establish internal and external relationships
Ability to devise reports and present back to senior managers
Creative thinker and ability to problem solve
