A well-established national charity is seeking an experienced Fundraising Operations Manager to join their Major giving team.
The successful candidate will create and implement fundraising strategies for Major Donors.
Main duties for the Fundraising Operations Manager:
To work with senior managers to implement strategies that deliver results
To lead and manage a team of 5 major gift fundraisers
To generate and deliver annual budget as a team Identify and analyse fundraising opportunities
To share knowledge and best practice within the organisation
Essential criteria for the Fundraising Operations Manager:
Excellent leadership, management and team building skills
Excellent written and communication skills
Highly developed ability to verbally convert information, including fundraising pitches and project updates
Excellent ability to establish high quality relationships that deliver income with a wide variety of people
Ability to create, manage and deliver significant fundraising income
Experience of securing income from high level individuals
Experience of using fundraising databases
