This small and friendly health charity are recruiting for a Fundraising Officer to join them on a part-time basis (up to 21 hours per week).
You will play a key role in growing income from their community fundraising relationships across companies, volunteer groups, schools and faith groups. You will use your excellent relationships building skills to grow the number of volunteer groups, engaging them with the work of the charity and supporting them to raise funds.
This is a great opportunity to join the team at a time when they are in a strong financial positions and have an enthusiastic board of trustees and supporters.
The successful applicant will have the following:
- Proven experience in community or event fundraising
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships with supporters, event participants and internal and external stakeholders
