A much loved and long established children’s charity based in London is seeking a Fundraising Manager – Supporter Acquisition.
You will maximise income for the charity through development and delivery of fundraising campaigns. From this, you will manage and deliver a wide variety of acquisition activities (for example door drops, digital, inserts, payroll giving, value exchange programmes). You will hold responsibility and accountability for budgetary performance covering a range of acquisition activity - this includes significant income and expenditure budgets. You will line manage one member of staff.
You will have sound direct marketing experience and substantial experience of budget management. You will have excellent project management skills and are able to deliver objectives on time. You will be highly numerate complemented by sound communication skills with the ability to influence senior level audiences. You will be willing to work flexibly, with a strong commitment to delivering results, monitoring progress and ensuring reporting is reliable.
All employees receive a generous 29 days annual leave per year.
