TPP is working with a lovely local charity in Westminster to recruit a Fundraising Manager to cover a 12 month maternity absence. The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for securing funding for a range of employability, homelessness, youth engagement, social enterprise and education projects. The charity is primarily funded by local statutory bodies, private trusts, high net worth individuals and companies, and the Fundraising Manager will be responsible for applying for new and repeat funding from these, whilst maintaining the excellent relationships the charity holds with them.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in some or all of the key areas of fundraising - statutory, trusts, corporate or major donor. You will have excellent written communication skills and be a skilled relationship manager and able to present information effectively in person as well as on paper. You will be proactive and organised, and able to manage relationships with people of all levels.
This is a unique, interesting role and it's an opportunity not to be missed. The team is collaborative and friendly, and you, with the team, will be able to impact the programmes the charity runs.
