We are working with a unique social welfare charity to help them find a well-rounded Fundraising Manger to join their team. This could be your opportunity to show case your talent and make your mark in the sector and help support millions of working people across the UK
We are looking for someone who is ambitious, works strategically and takes advantage of every opportunity. You will be a key part in the development and growth of the charity focusing on community fundraising and working across volunteer led events, legacies and individual giving.
The day to day?
No day will be the same as you will lead the Community Fundraising team to success through developing an innovative strategy that will be rolled out across the UK. As you grow in this role so will your team. As Fundraising Manager, it will be your responsibility to produce and implement the team’s annual budgets, as well as work closing with the Executive Team ensuring that key KPIs are delivered on.
This charity is incredibly flexible in their approach to working and you are able to work from any of their offices across the UK including London, Glasgow and Derby or you can work from home.
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven track record of fundraising from the community, some legacy fundraising experience would be ideal but not essential
- Experience of successfully recruiting and managing volunteers
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport
