TPP is working alongside a homelessness charity to recruit a fundraising manager. This is a full time and permanent role based working at their office in London.
This role offers a lot of variety and would be ideal for a candidate looking to develop their experience with other income streams.
You will be responsible for maximising income from a variety of income streams, with a big focus on Trusts & Foundations, managing a portfolio of approximately 50 grants from small family trusts through to large trusts giving six-figure grants, as well as Big Lottery. You also will be responsible the development of income streams including corporate fundraising. You will be the fundraising lead and therefore will be developing and implementing the fundraising strategy in line with the organisation’s business plan.
Considering the above, you will be expected to have proven success in Trusts & Foundations in particular, as well as experience/exposure to other income streams.
The work this organisation does goes beyond just housing for vulnerable people. They have extensive support services across London, so there are some really inspiring projects and campaigns with work with. As a small organisation, you will feel welcomed and offered the level of autonomy and support to really be able to develop their fundraising provision further.
