TPP Recruitment is working with an international healthcare charity who are looking for an experienced Fundraising Manager for an exciting new role. With a strong background in corporate fundraising, the Fundraising Manager will be tasked with bringing in new corporate business to the charity whilst also managing important current accounts. They will also have some responsibility for events and individual fundraising.
This is a permanent, full-time position working at a dynamic, fast-paced organisation which works all over the world. Candidates with creativity, new ideas, and a passion for the cause are strongly urged to apply.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
*Work with the Director of Fundraising to develop and produce applications and pitches to potential corporate supporters to increase income from a range of partnerships (sponsorship, Charity of the Year) and manage existing corporate partners where appropriate
*Develop and implement an events fundraising strategy, developing business plans and expenditure/income forecasts
*Assist in building strong relationships to secure donations from High Net-Worth Individuals and to plan cultivation events and networking opportunities as appropriate
The ideal candidate will have the following:
*You will have proven experience in fundraising with a track record of having raised a minimum of £200,000 per year
*A proven individual track record of working on corporate partnerships
*Good knowledge of online fundraising tools e.g. Just Giving, online auction and eBay for charity
*Willing to travel occasionally
