A West London based health charity is seeking a talented Finance Assistant for a full-time, permanent role.

Duties:

-Responsibility for running the purchase ledger, sales ledger

-Assisting the Finance Manager running the Finance department

-Assisting with annual budgets in Excel with Finance Manager

-Assist Finance Manager with month-end duties

-Petty cash, credit card recs and BACS payments

-Assisting with payroll with external bureau

Requirements:

-Prior experience running both sales and purchase ledgers essential

-Advanced Excel skills required

-Exposure to the budgeting process is required

-Payroll experience (internal or external) required

-AAT or QBE preferred - candidates with full or part-qualified ACCA / CIMA may be over-qualified
