A leading disability charity is seeking an experienced Facilities Officer for a 6 month position. This role is crucial to the organisation as they undergo an office relocation, and the successful candidate will be a key factor in coordinating the successful move.
-Assisting with office relocation across London
-Reporting important data on the office move in Excel
-Management of building maintenance, contracts/supplies and fire & safety
-Heavy lifting and moving office items
-Coordinating with the 'move' team to ensure timely changes to any contracts and maintenance
-General ad-hoc filing and admin
The ideal candidate:
-Will have assisted in a large scale office relocation
-Have experience in a facilities management role covering maintenance, contracts and health and safety
-Experience in budgeting and project management
-An understanding of the charity sector
-Have strong Microsoft Word and Excel 2010 skills
