Permanent Facilities/Reception Supervisor Required

Full time role - Rota basis and occasionally some Saturdays.
Shift hours are either 7:30am - 16:00pm or 10:30am - 7:00pm
To ensure an accurate, reliable and high standard of administrative support to the Central Function of the hospital with the developing and maintaining of databases and registers.
To play a full role in the Front of House Team, and in the supervision of the housekeeping staff and to 'act up' if required to do so in the absence of the Operations Manager.
To enable secure link between Operations Manager and Reception
To manage Facilities team in Operations Manager's absence
To facilitate a closer working relationship and management curve with the housekeeping/caretakers team
The ideal candidate will possess:
5 GCSEs at grade A-C, or equivalent
At least 2 years experience working within a similar role
Private medical experience
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Good IT skills (i.e. word processing/using computerized systems)
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Thorough and methodical approach to tasks and record keeping
Good interpersonal skills and able to work well in a small team and on own initiative
Excellent time management skills
Ability to determine priorities and complete tasks within deadlines
Ability to deal with a wide range of people at all levels
Quick and enthusiastic learner
Ability to deal effectively with competing demands
Ability to adapt to change and respond positively to new challenges
