A well-established regulatory body are seeking an experienced Events Manager to join their communications team.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of working within a Charity, the public sector, regulatory environment or health field, within an Events management remit.
Main responsibilities for the Events Manager include:
*Lead the planning and delivery of the annual events programme
*Manage all aspects of both internal and external events programmes
*Research and develop new ideas and ways of delivering events to engage
with a variety of audiences
*Manage the presence of the organisation at external conferences
*Evaluation of the events programme in line with the Communications
Essential criteria for the Events Manager include:
*Knowledge and understanding of events management in a charity, public
sector organisation, regulatory environment or health field
*Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively
communicate the organisation's policies
*Proven ability to work and communicate with all employees and external
*Attention to detail
