A professional body who lead treasurers through internationally recognised qualifications, defining standards and championing continuing professional development are continuing their period of growth and investment by developing their education infrastructure by adopting a new online assessment portal and are looking for an e-Assessment Project Coordinator to help with the development of the front end portal. .
The main elements of the e-Assessment Project Coordinator role will include:
To support the implementation of assessment operations.
To work on the development of the portal (front end), integration and implementation of the online assessment and marking tool, to assist in the new Integra (CRM) data model and to design and create new reports and access queries.
To take the lead role in designing and writing all assessment related material/notices for the portal, Learning Management System (LMS) and website.
Design, develop and implement a portal (or equivalent) for students to schedule their assessment.
Input into the new enrolment process and forms in relation to booking assessments.
Implement the online assessment/marking tool, design and upload the question bank. Write internal procedures for this.
Provide detailed documentation of assessment process and workflows and develop clear and detailed process maps and business requirements.
Write and keep updated all assessment related material and notices for the website, portal, LMS - confirmation of assessment booking, booking reminders, Online assessment user guides, exam rules and regulations, terms and conditions, appeals procedures, FAQ's, policies and procedures etc.
Input into the new enrolment process and forms in relation to booking assessment.
To support the implementation of new assessment operations.
The new Integra (CRM) set up, automation of processes and testing. Write internal procedures and provide team training.
To implement the transition mapping on Integra (CRM) from old to new qualifications.
Review all existing Integra (CRM) reports and make changes as necessary. Design and implement new reports using innovative ways to improve the report process.
To design and build access queries to support the CRM and seek innovative ways to streamline and improve them.
The essential criteria for this role are:
Qualified to degree level or equivalent
Experience of working within an assessment environment in higher education or a professional body
Professional qualifications and regulatory environment
Assessment processes including on-line assessment
Access (queries) - Intermediate
CRM database set up/report requirements
This is a full time, permanent position based in central London for 12month, with a possibility of a further position after the contract has finished. Minimum salary is £28k, but can be negotiable.
