Experience and Recruitment:
We are looking for an interest in fundraising, events or communications. You will need to be proficient on PC use and your spoken and written English should be of a high standard. You do not need experience in all areas as support and training will be provided. Please forward your CV if you are interested in this post. All applications for this post will be responded to but not all applications will necessarily get through to interview stage. Once short-listed, recruitment for this post will involve an interview and basic written test which will require you to write a letter. Will be from 7 hours (one day) up to 21 hours (three days) per week during working hours of 9.30am - 5pm (with a 30 minute lunch) for a three month commitment. We appreciate a volunteer placement may need to fit around your paid work, family commitments or studies, so it is up to you to decide whether you can commit to one day, two days or three days per week and agree timings with SPEAR (it is possible to do half-days rather than full-days where needed). Alternatively, this could be adapted for a 3-4 week placement during the summer holidays.
