This is a great opportunity for you to join this respected university, you will be joining the team as a Development Manager responsible for managing individual giving campaigns and mid-value relationships with donors. The university in question is renowned for their programmes supporting care leavers and helping them access higher education, programmes that you will contribute to fundraising for.
You will play an important role in the delivery of fundraising objectives, growing income from annual giving activity from £120k to £250k over four years in addition to personally managing a portfolio of mid-level donors (£1k-£5k). You will also utilise your line management skills to support the development of two direct reports.
If you have strong fundraising campaign management skills and experience of building relationships with donors face to face and would like to take on a varied and exciting role this could be the position for you. The university will benefit from your experience of monitoring and forecasting against plans and budgets, excellent project management skills and strong relationship building skills.
