TPP are currently working with an internationally renowned charity whose work supports couples, individuals and families and aims to prevent a breakdown in these relationships. This charity is responsible for supporting individuals and couples but is also as an academic institution where they recruit students to study and qualify as counsellors and psychotherapists. Having recently had an exciting new rebrand they are looking for a Design and Marketing individual to come on board to support the Head of Marketing and Communications and Marketing Executive to promote, market and advertise the services and activities that they offer.
You will be perfect for this role if you have proven on and offline design and marketing experience. You will have handled the creative production process and understand how to work with wider teams to ensure projects are delivered within deadlines and to a high standard. This is a lovely charity with a collaborative and driven team work ethic. We are looking for a candidate who has excellent design experience and can adapt this for the purpose - ie print, digital, web. You will be confident using a range of design tools and have strong interpersonal skills where you can manage relationships internally.
We are looking for someone to work a 30 hour week across 4 days so will suit a candidate who is seeking some flexibility.
Essential systems experience:
Design skills using: InDesign, Photoshop, AfterEffects
Updating websites – Joomla
Using Content Management systems – Survey Monkey or MailChimp
Managing print projects
Updating content on website
Social media communications
Some copywriting experience
Flexible and adaptable attitude to your work
