This Buckinghamshire based charity are recruiting a Database Manager with solid CRM experience to support the fundraising team in ensuring their CRM (Raisers Edge) is utilised to it's full potential.
Main duties for the Database Manager include:
*Responsible for the strategic development of the database
*Work alongside Database Coordinator to ensure Raisers Edge is used in the most effective way
*Champion Raisers Edge best practice
*Identify reporting and management information to meet the needs of the charity
*Identify and deliver Raisers Edge training and development when appropriate
*Network with, and facilitate the Raisers Edge super-user group
*Ensure staff are using Raisers Edge efficiently
*Keep up to date with Data Protection Act requirements
*Comprehensive experience of using CRM in a fundraising context.
*Support teams using a database/CRM in varying ways
*Produce reports or management information from a database/CRM
