A leading charity is looking for a dynamic Fundraising Database Manager to join their organisation on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be a team player and have extensive database experience, alongside a working involvement in the NFP sector.
Other requirements include:
-Previous experience of managing people.
-Education to A-Level or equivalent.
-A systematic and analytical approach with strong attention to detail.
-Ability to work with Crystal Report and Raiser's Edge is preferred.
Duties within the role of Fundraising Database Manager include:
-Lead on the database management and support for the Fundraising department.
-Review and analyse database procedures, data storage and lead on the continual upgrade in the quality of data stored.
-Provide induction training for new employees and subsequent development training.
-Work alongside marketing team to provide insight data for appeals.
-Deliver timely data segments for all activities and process monthly Gift Aid claims.
-Process direct debits and standing order payments, ensuring compliance in full paperless system.
In this role, the Fundraising Database Manager will be responsible for managing the Fundraising Database Assistant and the Donor Care & Database Administrators. The Fundraising Database Manager will be approachable and able to maintain focus and efficiency under pressure.
