Job Description - EXPIRED

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading health charity to work closely with their fundraising & engagement team to build an accurate, consistent and sustainable infrastructure, enabling the charity to significantly grow its income and increase its contributions.

This is a really exciting time as the charity are building a new ETL, selections, reporting & analysis infrastructure, and need a SQL BI developer to lead the data warehouse project.

They use a SQL CRM with established SSIS and front end import processes, a new FastStats system to improve the quality and efficiency of data selections, and a growing Tableau platform delivering reporting and analysis.

The successful Data Warehouse Developer would work closely with the Senior Data Services Manager, IT, and other areas of the charity to build and manage a new data warehouse.

With an initial focus on Fundraising, the end goal would be a comprehensive picture of our supporters and all the ways that they interact with the charity.

You will have experience gathering requirements, planning and creating data marts in a data warehouse. This includes data validation and reporting, particularly around ETL processes.

You will have strong skills in:

  • Microsoft SQL Server (ideally 2014 and newer)
  • T-SQL
  • SSIS, especially ETL processes
  • Visual Studio, and source code management
  • Performance monitoring and SQL execution improvements
  • Developing BI solutions
  • Tableau
  • Charity knowledge, especially Fundraising

Further skills in the following would also be desirable:

  • SSRS and SSAS
  • Microsoft Power BI
  • Microsoft Azure
  • SQL Server 2016

If you have the relevent experience please apply ASAP or send your CV to Glen.Manners@tpp.co.uk quoting the reference 58822GM. Please note all applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
