A unique opportunity has risen for an ambitious Data Analyst professional to get involved at ground level working alongside your project lead to implement a fresh new database department and grow this exciting project for a well respected Animal charity that will benefit its multiple locations.
Main responsibilities for this Data Analyst professional:
Develop and suite of standardised campaign reports and analysis.
Focal point for Fundraising campaign's selections and analysis.
Deliver accurate insight while documenting processes, data flows and definitions.
Contribute to leading edge strategies for CRM and supporter care functions.
Develop and provide reports.
Develop cross organisational segmentation and analysis.
Essential criteria for the Fundraising Data Analyst:
Highly proficient with CRM systems such as Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics.
Expert knowledge of reporting tools such as Faststats, Talend, SQL, management console or equivalent.
Database segmentation across complex datasets.
Understanding of Prince 2 or Agile methodologies.
Excellent communications skills in presenting reports.
