Our client is an established regulatory body based in Central London. They're currently recruiting for a Customer Service Officer on a permanent basis.
The organisation registers qualified health professionals and set standards within the sector to ensure the public are protected from illegal practice and assure the highest quality of education within their health remit.
The Receptionist will be extremely personable and have the ability to maintain a high standard of professionalism at all times. The successful candidate will have a pivotal role in maintaining excellent customer service as the first point of contact for the organisation, so experience working within a busy environment, greeting multiple internal and external stakeholders is essential.
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate the confidence and inter personal skills that are required; the ability to confidently hold yourself in a conversation, look people in the eye, be open and friendly and articulating yourself in a professional and polite manner.
You will need to be able to work independently, so should be capable of a developing a good understanding of the work and be able to demonstrate the required behaviours, e.g. empathy, and establish rapport with both internal and external visitors to the reception area.
Ideally, the candidate will have experience in a Receptionist position in a regulatory body, but this isn't a crucial requirement.
