Our client is a well-established professional body, who provide qualifications, accreditation and networking opportunities to their highly valued members.
As Member Journey Advisor, you will work on a team of five and act as the first point of contact for external Member enquiries, both on the phone and via email.
You will also be responsible for processing subscription renewals and the facilitation of their recertification process.
Our client appreciates these processes will be new to you, so training and support will be provided to get you up to speed.
At the heart of their business, are its members, it is therefore essential that candidates have exceptional customer care skills, with an ability to remain well organised and self-motivated.
Many of the members will be from overseas with English as their second language, it is therefore essential that candidates are articulate with excellent literacy skills.
The team itself is hardworking, fun, friendly and sociable - you will also be pleased to know the office closes at 4pm every Friday!
