A well-established regulatory body based in West London are seeking an experienced people manager to act as a Customer Advice & Information Team Leader. You'll manage a team of Customer Advisors who act as first point of contact for incoming enquires, ensuring a high quality service is maintained.

Main duties for the Customer Advice and Information Team Leader: 

  • Monitor and evaluate performance within the team, ensuring levels of customer satisfaction are maintained
  • Make recommendations for service improvement to senior colleagues as necessary
  • Supervise and delegate workload to the team
  • Coach, motivate and train team members
  • Manage reception function 

Essential criteria for the Customer Advice and Information Team Leader: 

  • Experience managing people, with the ability to motivate and build team morale
  • Good practical negotiating and empathetic communication skills
  • Customer focussed, with experience in reviewing procedures and suggesting service improvements; reporting back to senior colleagues as necessary
  • Good written communication skills which includes providing reports to senior management
  • A proactive and can-do attitude is essential
