A well-established professional body based in the West End, London are seeking an experienced CRM Implementation Manager to oversee the smooth migration of data and other business processes. You will act as a champion for the CRM, working closely with their external agency and key internal contacts across the organisation to ensure its potential is maximised amongst stakeholders.
This is a one year fixed term contract and you be expected to see through the full project cycle.
Main duties for the CRM Implementation Manager:
*Ensure the new CRM system is operating to its full potential and maximise stakeholder engagement
*Liaise with IT suppliers to coordinate necessary integration between systems
*Oversee the data migration process
*Lead on the promotion and implementation of data-related best practice
*Maintain and update the risks and issues log, reporting back to the project team as appropriate
Essential criteria for the CRM Implementation Manager:
*Demonstrable experience of strategic database management
*Understanding of data structures in relational database management systems
*Experience of user acceptance testing
*Strong project management and team working skills
