|Job Title||Corporate Services Director - EXPIRED|
|Salary||£70k pro rata|
|Job Published||30 Jan 2017|
|Contact Name||HR Team|
Our client is a well-known children's education charity, whose team in particular boasts a warm, friendly, team-orientated and compassionate working culture.
They are now looking to recruit a new Director of Corporate Services on a part-time basis to develop, implement and lead their corporate services strategy across the organisation. Our client is looking for the successful candidate to have a fresh independent view with a heavy emphasis placed on an HR background, which I am more than happy to talk you through the breakdown in more detail.
You will enjoy a joint responsibility with staff at director-level to deliver a three year plan, contributing effectively to the overall strategic direction and management of the charity. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to lead the HR strategy, relating to change management, organisational culture as well as staff development. This will be ideal for those of you with previous experience of successfully designing and implementing a change management programme.
As you settle into the role, you will take leadership in the form of managing and developing the Head of Finance, HR Officer and Head of Communications. If you are coming at this from a finance point of you, your responsibility will also include overseeing the provision of timely and concise financial/management information and working alongside the Head of Finance to determine a strategy for the treasury requirements of the charity.
Your audience will also include the Board of Trustees, with close collaboration to determine and regularly review the risk policy and risk register.
If you would like to play a key part in an organisation that will invest in your own career aspirations, we would like to discuss this role with you in further detail.
Please e-mail me your CV to email@example.com and I will contact you.
