A great opportunity to be part of a highly effective and collaborative team narrowing the educational attainment gap between rich and poor. This educational charity works with like-minded people and organisations towards a day where every child has the education they are entitled to.

They are looking for an experienced, accomplished and motivated Account Manager to join their highly successful corporate partnerships team during a period of exciting and ambitious growth. Because if the nature of the charity there are less traditional charity of the year partnerships; instead you will be managing long term partners with mutual strategic aims.

The Key duties will include:

*Account management of a high value portfolio of existing and new major corporate partners including strategic partnerships, philanthropic donations and employee fundraising.
*Developing annual plans and strategies for each partner, maximizing outcomes for the charity and their partners.
*Working closely with the Head of Corporate Partnerships across all partnerships, to identify and secure opportunities for growth.
*Networking effectively through each account to embed partnership and secure the support of very senior business leaders.
*Ensuring that programs are delivered on time and achieving their objectives, as well as being responsible for all associated monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
*Managing the delivery of corporate volunteering programs.
*Project and program management including project design, planning and delivery.

Skills and Experience:

*Experience of high value account management and ability to strategically develop partnerships and strong understanding of the corporate fundraising sector.
*Experience of managing all level of stakeholder relationships.
*Experience of designing and running effective cultivation events.
*Experience of using CRM or similar database software.
*Outstanding and persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
