A Health Charity is looking for a Corporate Fundraising Development Manager to join their team in Manchester. They are looking for someone who can help maximise charitable income by securing corporate support from new business opportunities. The successful candidate will help create, develop and deliver the corporate fundraising strategy of the charity and help identify gaps in the market to seek opportunities from new audiences. This Charity is one of the largest of its kind within the UK and is an international leader in its field. Currently the Charity has over 30,000 supporters and has been pioneering medical research breakthroughs for over 100 years.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the following abilities;
*Experience of generating new business leads and prospects using a diverse range of sources.
*Experience of managing financial budgets and working to financial income targets.
*Experience of pitching and securing new business with demonstrable success of securing sponsorship and commercial participation opportunities.
*Experience of supervising the work of others
*Experience of working with senior management
*Significant fundraising experience including experience in a corporate fundraising environment
*Exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to develop and manage relationships effectively at all levels
*Highly IT Literate
