Our client, a lovely hospice which provides free care and support to terminally ill local people, are looking for a Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager to come on board and lead, manage and develop all aspects of their Corporate, Community and Events Fundraising programmes, teams and projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for fundraising candidates who are looking to really develop their professional experiences by taking a lead on developing a charity's strategy for securing sustained income from several key revenue streams. You'll be used to monitoring and controlling a large income budget and making sure that all team members are focussed on maximising the potential of all fundraising opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:
*Leading on the development and maintenance of Community, Corporate and Events fundraising strategies as well as working collaboratively across the organisation in order to raise the profile of the hospice's fundraising
*Inspiring individuals and networks of fundraisers to develop existing and new fundraising opportunities and work to grow income year on year in line with the charity's business plan
*Managing the income and expenditure budgets cost effectively
*To provide effective management of the Corporate, Community and Events Team members, harnessing their potential and making sure that each is maximising the potential of all fundraising opportunities by setting and delivering KPIs and strategic objectives

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
*At least 2 years' experience in corporate or community fundraising and experiencing of managing large scale events
*Very strong leadership skills with the capacity to line manage effectively
*Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of seniority
*Experience of developing and monitoring income and expenditure budgets, including producing reports against progress
