Our client is currently looking to take on a Conference Coordinator on a 6 month full time temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience of managing volunteers and also marketing conferences.
Reporting to the Volunteers Manager, you will be primarily responsible for delivering a series of conferences and webinars. The post holder will act as the lead contact for the relevant volunteer group committees for this area of their work, and internal departments, ensuring that groups are equipped to deliver a high quality service in line with customer needs and the organisations Business Plan.
During your time you will be attending conferences and working on ad-hoc projects by Collating and analysing performance data of the events and Provide support to the Volunteers Manager.
