This much loved Hospice is undergoing huge investment in its fundraising efforts and under the new CEO they are looking for a Community Fundraising Manager to oversee the development, delivery and growth of community fundraising as a sustainable income stream in the Cheshire West and Chester area. The Community Fundraising Manager will manage the community fundraisers who will develop and build productive relationships within the local community across all the community income streams including; individuals, community, education, groups, local businesses and events. The post holder will grow fundraising volunteers, ambassadors and to maximise all networking opportunities.
This is an exciting role and you will need:
*Demonstrable experience of developing and driving a community income stream strategy to achieve both financial and non-financial fundraising targets
*Strong evidence of having developed and grown geographical areas together with the community income stream
*Experience of managing several projects at the same time, often with conflicting priorities, and working to tight deadlines
*Experience of recruiting, developing and managing with volunteers.
*Proven experience of managing a fundraising team
