TPP is working with a local healthcare charity to recruit for a Community and Corporate Fundraising Manager, who will lead and manage the creation and implementation of all aspects of community, corporate and events fundraising.
*To inspire local supporters by developing new programmes to maximise income opportunities
*To monitor and control the income and expenditure budgets cost effectively
*To contribute to the development of the wider fundraising strategy and policies
*To represent the charity at public speaking opportunities, acting as an ambassador for the charity
*To line manage the corporate and community fundraising teams
*Significant experience in corporate or community fundraising, and experience of managing events
*Strong leadership skills with staff and volunteer management skills and experience
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with ability to network at all levels
*Experience of monitoring and evaluating income, expenditure and activity plans, and reporting on progress
